When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, email address, state and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We also record the time you signed up, your browser's user-agent string and the country your request came from (derived from your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself).
Your quiz answers (age, menopause stage, height, weight, health conditions, medication history) stay in your browser and are not sent to or stored by us.
Only to tell you when midher opens in your state and to send related launch updates. We use your state to know where to launch first, and the user-agent and country to help prevent spam and abuse.
Waitlist data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare D1 and, as a backup, Cloudflare Workers KV), which processes it on our behalf.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To unsubscribe, see what we hold about you, or have your data deleted, email support@midher.com from the address you signed up with. We'll act on your request promptly.
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above.
